About

The Home & Community Care program provides support services to clients in areas of personal support care, home making, and home support services at any given time.

Programs

  • Gaa'Izhidayang independent living centre

    A warm and welcoming space designed for elders who want the freedom of living independently with the comfort of support nearby. Built to house 10 residents, each room is equipped with a single bed, end table, chair, and small fridge; however residents may bring their own personal items.

    Tenants are encouraged to practice their cultural and traditional ways of life.

    Visiting hours are 9:00am-9:00pm daily

  • Home Support & Home Making

    Providing care and support to Elders and people living with disabilities.

    Services include but not limited to:

    - Routine Cleaning

    - Laundry

    - Wood Cutting

    - Shoveling
