New QR Codes Make Maintenance Requests Easier

Kenawind Housing is introducing a new, convenient way for residents to manage maintenance requests. Soon, each home will have its own QR code that residents can scan using a smartphone.

Once scanned, residents will be able to:

  • Submit a new work request

  • View open work orders

  • Check the status of their requests

Look for the QR code at your home and give it a try! This new feature will make it easier to submit and keep track of maintenance requests.
